The property is very clean. As soon as I walked in it smelled clean and scented. Everything was clean from the lobby to the inside of our room. The location is also quiet and around the corner from the American Dream mall. Also, the staff responsible for breakfast and making sure the area is clean did an exceptional job. They were attentive to keeping all foods hot and ready and the area clean. I love a clean place and they did it well. Please praise them for their hard work because I sure noticed it.

Great variety for breakfast, including three hot items. The room was clean and well-appointed. The staff was really great as well...Katrina, at the front desk, was so patient and helpful. Location was good for NYC - the bus stop across the street is the last stop before the bus heads straight to the Port Authority Bus Station in New York. And because the bus takes a dedicated lane, it's a pretty predictable 25-30 minute bus ride.

The room was beautifully maintained, the furniture was exceptionally comfortable especially the bed. The bathroom was spacious very clean and included shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in ample quantity. Be staff was wonderful and welcoming and I thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast especially that it started at 6:00 a.m. since I had to be on the road before 7:00 a.m..

Best hotel in New Jersey!! Staff were super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was great, big variety and they changed the hot options each day, which was great since we stayed for five days. There is a bus stop across from the hotel, the bus drops you off in Times Square (Port Authority Terminal) it takes anywhere from 15 to 25 mins to get there, depending on traffic. Hotel located in a quiet area and very close to American Dream Mall(Second largest Mall in North America), which is a most visit! And very close to MetLife Stadium. They have a nice patio area in front of the main entrance, during the summer. Hotel rooms are super clean, beds are very confortable, rooms are cleaned every other day. Free parking is a great benefit too. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Hampton Inn Carlstadt At The Meadowlands. Amazing hotel, if you plan on visiting NYC.

If you’re visiting New York City I recommend you stay here! There is a bus across the street that takes you straight into the city for $5.15. It is about a 15 minute bus ride. This hotel was clean, the beds were comfy, free breakfast was great and the staff was very nice. Definitely the better bet when travelling to NYC.

Located in New Jersey, this hotel was perfect for our first time visiting the Big Apple. Only 20 mins from NYC and in a great location. Free parking and breakfast was a bonus. Breakfast was simple but easy. The room was comfortable and the walk-in shower was great. The hotel and room were extremely clean and felt very safe. It was a bargain compared to hotels in downtown NY. Highly recommend.

The beds were cozy and the room was clean and modern - exactly what we needed for a one-night stay. Free parking was a big plus, and even though we arrived late at night, there were still several spots available to choose from. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant experience.
